1. Plans
- XO Free — limited likes, messaging with matches only.
- XO Premium — unlimited likes, advanced filters, see who likes you.
- XO VIP — Premium plus priority verification queue, profile boosts, and VIP-only events.
Current pricing and intervals (monthly or yearly) are shown on the in-app Premium screen before checkout. Prices may vary by country and local taxes are added at checkout where applicable.
2. Billing & auto-renewal
- Subscriptions billed through Stripe renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method on file.
- Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and renewed by Apple under your Apple ID. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and renewed by Google under your Google account.
- You will be charged within 24 hours before each renewal period.
3. Cancellation
- Stripe purchases: cancel any time from the in-app billing portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Apple App Store: manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Google Play: manage or cancel in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Deleting your XO account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription — cancel through the store first.
4. Trials & promotions
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Only one trial per Apple ID, Google account, or payment method.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept, cancel before the next renewal.

7. Suspension for non-payment
If a charge fails, we will retry and notify you. Premium features pause when a charge ultimately fails and resume on successful payment.
8. Account deletion vs. cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but keeps your account. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your profile and data (see the Delete Account page). Cancel any active subscription first to avoid being billed again.
