By creating an account or using XO Africa you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a convicted sex offender or barred under any prior XO ban.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Use accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Identity verification may be required to use certain features.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person.
- Post nudity, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, violence, or illegal content.
- Solicit money, advertise services, or distribute spam.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Share another member's private content without consent.

4. User content & licence
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant XO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law or for safety investigations.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are governed by our Subscription Termsand Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or risk to other members. You may delete your account at any time from in-app Settings.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. XO does not conduct criminal background checks. Use common sense — meet in public, tell a friend, never send money to anyone you have not met.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold XO harmless from claims arising out of your content, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited. You waive any right to a class action.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
